We strongly recommend when you receive your order that you inspect it immediately.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our Order Processing Usually Takes 24 to 48 Hours and Pending Stock. Pending Stock and Back Orders Are Subject To Our Suppliers Inventory. We Suggest You Contact Performance Golf Cars, Inc. For Availability To Ensure and Meet Your Expectation In Regards To Inventory & Lead Time On Your Order. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment(s) destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight or dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Please Note That You Are Agreeing That Shipping Address Information Submitted Is True and Correct. Should the Shipping Carrier Modify Your Package Due To Incorrect Information Such As Residential & Commercial Address, Imputing Wrong Ave, Street Circle, Suite #'s, Apt # 's Etc. Will Result In Additional Shipping Charges At Your Expense.
1-By placing an order with Performance Golf Cars, Inc., either online or by telephone, you are agreeing to and consenting to the following terms of (this) our return policy with terms & conditions.
2- We do NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES unless there is an error with the order that is our fault. If there was an error that was our fault, you can request a RS Label (Return Service) which is prepaid by Performance Golf Cars, Inc. Our Return Service Carrier Is Exclusively UPS. We do not use any other carriers for Return Service.
3- An RMA number (Return Manufacturer Authorization) is required for all returned or exchanged items, regardless of the circumstances; you may request an RMA number via email (Returns@PerformanceGolfCars.Com) or via Telephone (954-977-4151). When requesting an RMA number, please include your name, the pertinent order number and the specific reason(s) for your request. *note: a credit memo may be issued as a pdf attachment in our corresponding email and that credit memo number is also our internal & your RMA number. 4- All returned items must be shipped back to Performance Golf Cars, Inc. pre-paid: NO COD Packages are ever accepted. We strongly recommend that you send your return back with a tracking number so you may have proof that the return was received. Performance Golf Cars, Inc. will not be responsible for returns sent without customer’s verification that return was received.
5- All Items are only eligible for return or exchange within 7 Business days of receipt of your purchase.
6- Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
7- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to our supplier’s policies.
8- Items must be returned in original resalable condition; any items with signs of use or installation damage will not be refunded, exchanged or issued a credit for.
9- Custom and special order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
10- Items that are in error due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
11- All electrical components are not eligible for return or exchange; this includes, but is not limited to: electric motors, electronic speed controllers, Charger Control Boards/Relays, switches of any type, solenoids, relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, ignition parts, coils, igniters, voltage regulators, and starter/generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, the following items or products are not returnable or exchangeable; lift kits, cargo boxes, clutches, Tools, & Tool Removal items and any custom parts orders. Please (click the More Info & Parts #'s) Link For Each Part or Accessory for Important Details because there might be specific return policy guidelines that are final sales items for that particular part or accessory.

13- If your package arrives damaged, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to report it to the responsible carrier immediately or simply refuse delivery of the package. There are no acceptable excuses and is strictly enforced.
14- If the package was damaged in transit, the carrier is liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you.
15- If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, or your order was shipped short, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report with the carrier and or replace missing parts shipped short. *Note: Performance Golf Cars, Inc. Takes Great Preventative Measure To Ensure Your Order Accuracy By Triple Checking Each Package Along With Documentation That It Was Packed Properly And All Parts Were Put Into The Package...
16- All shipments are delivered without signature requirement by default; if your order is to be shipped with a signature requirement, please request this in the 'Customer Notes' text area of the final billing page.
17- Please Be Advised: if a package is delivered without a signature requirement, once the package is left at the final destination, Performance Golf Cars, Inc. and the shipping company are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
18- Returned product(s) must be boxed with sufficient packing material to adequately protect the contents. Products that are returned to us damaged as a result of inadequate packaging on the part of the customer will NOT be eligible for credit or exchange. Include your name, address, daytime phone number and order number along with the last four digits of the original credit card number.
19- If you ordered the wrong product by mistake please let us know what product you would like to have in exchange. You have 15 days To Do So. After 15 Days The Part(s) Are Yours And The Sale Is Final.
20- Defective Parts are subject for exchange only within 7 days of receipt of your order. Should the part(s) be defective Blockbuster Golf Cars, Inc. Reserves the right to replace and exchange the part(s) free of charge within 15 business days or asap of your initial order and upon the customers return of the defective part(s) for inspection and final approval by Performance Golf Cars, Inc. Under no circumstances the defective part(s) are not eligible for credit or refund.
21- There are NO cash refunds Or Checks Issued. Credit refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
22- You may send the package back with a clearly written RMA number on the outside of the package, either via UPS, USPS or Federal Express ground service only. Again we do not refund shipping cost unless we sent you the wrong part.
23- Once we receive the return, we will then process the return and promptly issue an appropriate credit or refund.
24- We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part unless you are willing to pay in advance for the replacement part along with shipping charges.
25- All returned parts will be subject to inspection to determine the condition of the returned merchandise; any credit or refund will be prorated based on the condition of the returned item.
26- The credit or refund amount may be less than the original payment based on the condition of the returned items.
27- Performance Golf Cars, Inc. is not responsible for ANY labor costs which was incurred as a result of the installation of any incorrect or defective parts or if the correct parts are installed in a manner inconsistent with the instructions given in the appropriate vehicle manufacturer service manual. All products we sell require to be installed and performed by a qualified Golf Car repair technician. Performance Golf Cars, Inc. may request Certification for verification as proof that the technician is certified by a major Golf Car, Utility or Burden Carrier Company such as but limited to E-Z-Go, Club Car or Yamaha and persons. Failure to provide certification as such upon request will result in default by the customer and voids any claims whatsoever for credit or return.
28- End users (do it your selfers) customers who install their the parts we sell, who are not qualified and experienced, or not certified repair technicians void any warranties, claims, and Lawsuits and hold harmless Performance Golf Cars, Inc. for loss, injury or damages. Certification may be requested as proof that the technician is certified by a major Golf Car, Utility or Burden Carrier Company such as but limited to E-Z-Go, Club Car or Yamaha and persons.
29- This Entire Terms & Condition s Are Governed By The State Florida Laws And The Order Number Assigned To The Customer Name Who Appears On This Order Only.
30- This Entire Return Policy And Our Entire Web Site Is Subject To Change Without Any Written Or Prior Notice.
31- Performance Golf Cars, Inc. at any time reserves the right to refuse, cancel an order order at our sole discretion due to typo or up-date content or pricing listed on our website and is subject to change without written or prior notice.
